The location is perfectly situation between the bustle of downtown and the funky areas of Allentown and the Elmwood strip, all filled with funky shops and delectable restaurants.

They selected excellent nearby restaurants and great location.

Large bay window, complimentary drivers for a 3 mile radius is an excellent amenity and location is peaceful and central.

The location is right downtown, and they provide "limo" service around the town - particularly suitable for those visiting on business.

First the positives: the butlers are very nice, the lobby is very tastefully decorated near the front door and the location is nice.

The room was also very elegant with granite countertops in the bathroom, a whirlpool tub, internet access, down duvet and tons of pillows on the bed.

We had a butler show us around the hotel, explain all the perks(free cocktail hour, complimentary breakfast, turn down bed service with cookies, free chauffered rides,etc) along with carrying our bags to our rooms and valet parking.

The linens and toiletries are well stocked and you get a cookie before bed at night along with some bottled water, which was a nice touch.

They need to have more than one small bar of soap in the bathroom, and a couple of pieces of furniture in our room looked rather beat up.

We found it quite conducive to just sitting on the bed in the comfortable robes they give you, having snacks, and talking aobut our wedding until 3am.

If you are interested in dining, check out Bill's Buffalo Restaurant Review" it has helpful reviews of many different restaurants in Buffalo, some are outside the chauffering boundaries, but well worth going to "Tsunami" on Kenmore was excellent.

We ate at Sample, a modern cuisine restaurant with portions served like dim sum and we loved it!

While there is no restaurant, the staff will pick up dinner from local restaurants and set a beautiful table in the lobby.

They have excellent recommendations on restaurants, as well as a Land Rover and driver to take & pick you up from said meal.

I did not have time to eat breakfast before leaving but it looked nice.

The friendly staff at The Mansion made our stay delightful, the butler service was great and our room was quite nice.

Attentive service--stay here, very friendly staff and my room was such a surprise- extremely modern.

The best thing about this place is the service, the staff is extremely helpful and the rooms are quite big.

Our stay was very pleasant, marty at the front desk was extremely welcoming and we ordered room service for breakfast was prompt and delicious.

Furthermore the hotel is wonderful, the building itself is historic and the lobby is very tastefully decorated near the front door.

In the evening you can play pool in the parlor or sit and relax while having a complimentary drink.

When we got there we didn't have to worry about parking or our luggage - they took care of it all!
