It was clean place, staff were very very helpful and attentive, and I loved my brand-new room. Its location right by Regional Costume Museum was absolutely perfect. The hotel was in a very very nice area, right by sightseeing, the Centro and restaurant and shops and the center of town.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the double room itself was spacious and brand-new. The bathroom was wonderful, included a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet. Its location was central, short walk from Central Plaza & Park. And the area was quiet, very close to the main streets in the center and Museo del Ambar.

All the staff was very helpful, solved my issues. My room was both brand-new and neat with up high and nice bathroom, as for instance. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, extremely close to a colored cathedral. Btw, went to city center, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The location was favourable and excellent - ease of access to Central Plaza & Park. The area was quiet not far from historic centre, internal courtyards and sitting areas and Chiapas. I've had a nice stay for 2 nights.

What a fairly nice stay, no complains at all. The hotel is fairly clean, reasonably spacious. Double room with nice bathroom. Great and delicious meals. Particularly good and excellent location, 10 minutes' walk to a candy-colored cathedral.

Pretty standard hotel located adjacent to the center and the other zones and the Zócalo, the Amber Museum, and the centre of town. The double room with nice bathroom, facilities worked for us. Decent food for tasty breakfast. Excellent central location and incredibly friendly and amiable staff. Also, close to downtown.

We absolutely loved this place! The location in a nice and quiet area in the mountains was perfect for us. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the city from our spacious room. The breakfast was excellent with a fruit platter, fresh juice, coffee, and a choice of eggs. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

First of all its location was very close to tourist areas, cafes, restaurants. What I liked about the hotel was its people because they were very kind and helpfull. The hotel was very clean and confortable, the prices were very acceptable, I did not have any problems. I recommend this hotel 100%, and also Booked.net.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel nestled in the mountains. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, allowing us to enjoy peace and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a variety of options and satisfied our appetites. we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the hotel.

The only drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it a bit noisy at times.

It is quite expensive compared to other hotels or posadas in the town. There is no real window that can be opened. It was noisy.

Small rooms but very clean and excellent decor, they express the colonial nature of San Cristobal de las Casas perfectly. Staff is very helpful, the restaurant is kept beutifully, and the patios are a pleasure to sit in, that includes the roof area. The breakfast buffet is limited but fresh and tasty. The dinner menu is not very extense, but any beef plate will give you something to remember. My favorite was Mar y Tierra, which was pleasing to the eye and stomach. The location could not have been better.

If they had made a computer available for internet access, that might have been good. The rooms do not have a/c but we did not need it at all.

I had a great experience at Mansion Del Valle in San Cristobal! The location was perfect, just on the edge of the bustling town center. It was quiet enough to relax, but still a short and enjoyable stroll into the heart of the action. The room was comfortable, well-lit, and the bed was large and cozy. The hotel provided an additional blanket for the cool nights, which I really appreciated. The staff, especially one woman at reception, were helpful and friendly. After requesting a different room, they accommodated me and I had a lovely view from up high. The cleaners were efficient and the hotel was clean. I recommend this hotel for its great location, comfort, and helpful staff.

Take the tasting menu at night ,poor :my surf and turf was too cook and can not eating ,the service was too fast they bring me two plate in same time .nice hotel but need to improve for the food

The staff was great. We needed a room change and were accommodated quickly. Bus groups, people on business and tourists (us) all fitted in. We will return.
