  Proximity to ut campus very good and great boutique hotel. The main house has beautiful architecture and is well maintained, staff is cheerful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, bar are really really nice and the restaurant event planning services are fantastic.

  Comfy beds, quiet area and very close to University of Texas campus, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the front desk staff are professional, friendly and hospitable. Too bad, because the rooms are lovely, and room service was good, our dinner proved to be exquisite and reasonably priced.

  I am an Austin native, and in my opinion this is by far one of the best hotels in the city, the service is genuine and friendly, the rooms are beautiful. Restaurant is good.

  Staff were very helpful, the Manager had a lovely happy anniversary note waiting for us as well and the bed was one of the most comfortable we'd ever slept in. All the food was amazing, the cocktails were also exceptional.
