I stayed at this hotel twice in one week and the service was excellent both times. The staff were very helpful, especially since I didn't know any Spanish, and they had English speaking staff that made me feel welcomed. The rooms were very comfortable and the atmosphere was great. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip to Chile, this one was my favorite. Highly recommended.

This hotel is brand new with great amenities, staff and quality vs. price. We have stayed at the Hotel Presidente before and this is by far worth the extra $15 per night. Excellent hotel.

It is not quite in the middle of town and/or terminal but still within walking distance to downtown, plus the colectivos taxis (these have a set route and price, $400 pesos or USD$1, for your seat regardless of your destination) are cheap and a great option to get around. The lunch was ok, could be better.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because it provided a complete infrastructure with Wi-Fi, gym, indoor pool, restaurant, bar, business center. The hotel is conveniently located in the business district and within reach of other tourist attractions in Puerto Montt.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated work area or a business center where I could have easily set up my laptop and work comfortably.

We loved exploring the attached vineyard and tasting delicious wines made on-site. Truly a unique experience for the whole family.

For dads, it would be great to have a larger variety of outdoor activities for children.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the underground parking for added security. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, bar, and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection of food and beverages. The staff were very accommodating, even providing a private room for a phone interview. The rooms had good views and were clean and quiet, stocked with all the necessary amenities. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

It was also conveniently located, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed, with two single beds and all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast offered was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

The buffet breakfast was super good and we loved the variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodated all our requests. They even provided a shave set and a comb for free when we asked. This place offers a lot of amenities such as a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. The location on the hill was convenient and the on-site car park was a plus. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.
