Hotel was bright, exceptional services, and it had marvellous location within walking distance of a great pub. Our breakfast was gorgeous and great and at 6.45am, the staff was exceptionally nice.

Make sure you stay in the double room with the bar, soft drink, as for instance.

Fairly clean venue with marvellous location by pub down the road on Saturday.

Everything was fine, very good service, reasonable location short walk to the staff were very friendly, the old MERIDEN factory, and the communal areas of the property. The unit we got was a nice size with Juliet balconies, a spotless bathroom, for instance.

The room was great value for money, had private bathroom. It offered very good service and tasty food too.

The staff was extremely friendly and lovely friendly, always there to help. And I truly enjoyed their friendliness. I was given a normal double room with marked curtains as well as the electric heaters. The breakfast was very very good with vegetarian sausages and topping and the restaurant food was excellent.

Well serviced hotel in Solihull with incredibly helpful staff on reception desk. Magnificent views of the garden and great breakfasts for ketchup. Nice room, luxury bathroom. Residential location, superb base for discovering Solihull.

This hotel was nice and impressive in every respect, had outstanding staff who briefed us on parking arrangements and transfer arrangements. Comforts of comfy and absolutely brilliant comfort twin room with recent new carpets were fabulous. The location was charming, in Meriden the centre of England!

My recent stay at Best Western Plus was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere. The beds were especially comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was convenient for my visit to the NEC, and the free parking was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
