This lavish, and expensive, hotel in Manhattan has rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, an outstanding staff, and a great spa. The restaurant, Asiate, has absolutely delicious food. The only negative is that you have to enter via a public elevator. However, there is access to amazing restaurants and shopping in the Time Warner building next door.

The window had a full view of Central Park and the bar was a great place to meet others have achieved success. All staff were excellent, bathroom was superb and breakfast the next morning was good.

The view of the hudson river out of my bath tub was amazing and the bed was super comfortable, in the same class as the Heavenly bed at the Westin and W hotels. Service here was great, bathroom were excellent and lunch at Asiate was nice and the food tasty.

Complimentary city maps and other offerings are torn and incomplete, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The lobby / spa views of the park are fantastic, the service at Mandarin is truly remarkable and the rooms are huge and the bathrooms amazing.
