Friendly front desk staff and the rooms are not the crazy fancy of others.
Dinner was great as well, and i have to reccomend the creme brule, no spa was a big negative for me as well.
Excelent location strong point profesional, memorable service in this hotel is remarkable and the staff is warm.

Would stay here again just for the friendly service, front desk staff were wonderful and tv screens in the bathroom were a nice plus. Breakfast was also great – excellent chocolate croissants.

Excellent location and attentive stuff. Next to hofbrau house and several great restaurants, oriental style, oriental chic and extra comfort, exclusive personnel. Very friendly and efficient service, very nice rooms. No wifi, only wired access available, your happy Swiss couple from Romandie.

The location is a beer drinkers dream for the historic hofbrauhaus and the hotel is very well located you can walk for shopping. The service is friendly, professional and best concierge help ever. The rooms are very nice, the new bar on the roof is excellent as is the Restaurant Marks.
