Particularly good and ideal location not far from food shops, shopping, sunday market, bus stations, and the night market, eateries and cafés where walking distance to the hotel. Downtown Kota Kinabalu district was worth visiting. Cheap breakfast was provided.

The location was marvellous - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a particularly good view👌😃

The location was PERFECT and comfortable, just off the buses to Kinabalu Park leave, the infamous Gaya Street which provided easy access of public transportation and many restaurants and attractions.

Views were very very bad.

Stayed there for trip and had a very nice experience, so I would stay there again. Everything was excellent and the view was awesome. I booked a brand-new room with climate control, multi-channel television and an electronic key card, it was well-kept. The public parking was nearby, superb service.

all the staff members are professional and exceptionally helpful. the hotel has great value for money rooms with a good sized bathroom and tv, as for instance.

the room we stayed in was neat and huge with basic toiletries and tv. the venue was set in the central position short walk to airpot or terminal, the square where on the sunday night a song contest took place and gaya street sunday market.

Very comfy beds and a writing desk and air conditioner. A wide range of food at the cheap and great breakfast. Location just next door to Suria Sabah and Jesselton Pier and Gaya Street where can find many restaurants and shopping centers and restaurants.

I had a great stay at this hotel in KK! the value for money was excellent, with very reasonable prices for such a centrally located hotel. Secondly, the staff were fantastic, providing excellent service and always going above and beyond to help. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great amenities. Lastly, the hotel's attention to detail was evident, with everything from the rooms to the facilities being of excellent quality.

This hotel in downtown KK exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants just a short walk away. The modern and clean rooms, along with the comfortable bed, made for a great stay. Additionally, the amenities provided, including a fridge and sufficient amenities, were a nice touch.

Great location close to key attractions, restaurants and markets. Enjoyed the convenience of having a taxi easily available, and the option to choose from a variety of food places. liked the fact that the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Parking was a real hassle, especially during the weekend Sunday Market. The room lacked some basic amenities, such as an iron.
