Convenient location close to Manchester Airport and the free hotel shuttle picks you up within minutes.

Good location, easy to get to with good links to the airport.

The location was perfect for flying out from Manchester airport, our stay included breakfast was excellent and the staff the little lady was so helpfull thank u.

On checking out in the morning, we asked what time the shuttle bus would be arriving to take us to the airport.

Ideal location for Manchester Airport, they pick you up at the train station and a gift shop inside the hotel would have been useful as well.

Room itself good, very comfy bed and quiet.

A lady (I assume head of housekeeping) agreed the bed was unsafe and we were moved to the room next door.

On arrival no such rooms were available only double rooms-this meaning 2 boys having to share 1 bed-that did not bode well for them!

Bed very comfortable, restaurant was great and stayed overnight prior to an early morning flight so did not have the chance to explore the full facilities available.

The parking service is excellent, bed a little firm and food at the bar are highly overpriced.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, I spent most of my time in the lounge/bar/restaurant areas, and came away with a good impression.

Staff was very helpful in coordinating our ride to the airport, transit from Terminal 2 to hotel was excellent and the service was generally good.

The car parking service was not quite as smooth as at the Crowne Plaza, with about a 15 minute wait to be picked up from the terminal, but overall we prefered the Hilton.

We had booked a package where we had one night RO and 2 weeks car parking for only £109.

The hotel exterior is pretty drab, and the tight car parking doesn't do much to help the experience, however as soon as I got inside, I had the impression that someone took great pride in the place.

Hotel was very clean and room service was fantastic.

The rooms very adequate, clean, warm and very quiet - surprising as we were so close to the airport.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed and as previously found the room to be nice and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the airport transfers to be extremely efficient.

Both rooms were spotlessly clean and I couldn't find any fault at all.
