Mana Kai Maui Kihei - 基黑

The location south of Kihei makes it less crowded, but close to Kihei shopping and convenient to airport.

Great beach, the location was truly the best and more room made an extra wonderful 2nd stay.

Super beach location, great place and the Staff were very friendly.

Sand and Sea had nice, inexpensive, authentic art work in Paia, east of the airport.

The kitchen was great (hit the Costco at the airport before heading south).

The Living area had a CD Player, DVD, huge TV, pull-out sofa (if you needed it), and more lounging chairs; and our Bedroom had another King Bed, Dressing Room, and large Bathroom.

Our Ocean Front Superior condo had two rooms, an air-conditioned hotel bedroom and bath without view and a large condo with bedroom (separated by a folding french door) from a living room/dining room/kitchen combo.

The kids got the "hotel room" with a King size bed, their own bathroom, TV and mini fridge.

The rooms have a unique set up in that a larger room faces the water, has a full kitchen and plenty of space and a smaller room, which is attatched by a common hallway with the larger room, has a bedroom and a full bath.

We stayed in a one bedroom room with king size bed.

The hotel has a great shop that sells just about everything as well as a restaurant that served breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Good bar/restaurant facilities, very clean pool.

I highly recommend the resort to anyone not wanting In 15 years I have never had anything but a fabulous view, great beach, and good bar/restaurant facilities.

We didn't eat at the restaurant but we did go to the deli a few times.

We ate lunch in the on-site restaurant, which was pretty good.

Place was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and a very nice patio/balcony on we had breakfast everyday.

The service was irritating Best place to eat: Da Kitchen-go back up s, the staff was accommodating and the furniture was great.

The price is great and the lobby is very nice as is the pool.

The elevators and lobby were lined with plywood walls, but the resturant was operating as usual.

The next upgrade is to the elevators, and then the pool and deck will be resurfaced and retiled to match the rest of the upgrades.

Don't plan on having wireless internet access if you stay at the Mana Kai as I still have not been able to find access.

And I was able to stay connected with the help on the high-speed internet.

Simple very nice decor, the activities desk staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean.

Bathroom was fine, the food was amazing and the pool was clean.

The rooms are always super clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the food is wonderful.
