We could not fault this hotel - it is great value - stop looking and book this one!
Also, for about the same price as a taxi, the hotel can arrange a hotel car to take you anywhere in town, with a little advance notice.
We booked the great value package direct with the hotel and the staff were friendly and courteous from initial booking right through to check out.
The breakfast room has a large screen showing live webcam of the surrounding area, very nice price for a five star luxury hotel and the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful.
The location was a hike when walking to city center but is well located to a great tram route and 2 subway stations.
Excellent clean hotel, superb staff, and great location, a few minutes' walk from Mala Strana, and close to tram and metro stops.
The Hotel is in an ideal location - it took us approx 15 min walk to get to the Charles Bridge.
We booked a taxi from the Airport to the Hotel on the internet and were delighted with this service.
It included a transfer to and from the airport in a brand new Mercedes S-class, which is worth haviong when you hear some of the horror stories about taxi scams.

Very comfortable bed, two sets of double glazing so room very quiet, lovely river views, very big bathroom with bath tub and shower and then a separate shower cubicle and then two basins.
Good location south of city on west bank, close to great restaurants (Cafe Savoy for unforgetable breakfasts and Restaurant Alchemy for unforgettable dinners).
There is no dining room - just a breakfast room - so you need to eat out, but this is easy, and we found that the management were able to make us a short-notice reservation at one of the best new restaurants in town.
One small aside, though the hotel does have a breakfast room with great food, there really isn't a restaurant per se in the hotel.
Although there is no restaurant, the bar also serves food and room service is available.
The hotel consists of the rooms, a reception, a breakfast lounge, and a bar and nothing more.

View across river was excellent, the hotel front desk staff was very helpful and the housekeeping service was unobtrusive and superb.
We had one mistake on the bill with room service but on checkout the front desk staff basically said "tell us the right number" and we were done - with their apologies for the mistake.
The only package item we didn't use was the access to the gym and pool at the Riverside's sister hotel.
If you want a hotel with a busy bar or a fitness centre/gym, look elsewhere.
The hotel also had wireless internet in the lounge and lobby area.
Laptop and wireless provided in the louge to catch up on email (just ask).
Our room was a bit smaller than I would have liked (it was a deluxe room on the 5th floor) but it had a wonderful view and it was very clean and comfortable.
We were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 5th floor and the room was spotless and the view fabulous.
The room was superbly clean and extremely comfortable and well appointed, with a view of the Vltava river.
Overall, a clean hotel some nice decor but service is not appropriate to the room rates.
The service is exceptional, a clean modern bathroom is always a luxury and the coffee is superb.
