The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while not being too far from St Moritz. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in a charming village just a short distance from a popular tourist destination. The location of this place was absolutely perfect. Not only was it situated in a peaceful and picturesque village, but it was also conveniently close to the bustling city center, allowing easy access to all the attractions and activities nearby.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Beautiful location in the middle of a fantastic landscape, nice building, spacious and good (although nothing "extra") rooms, kitchenette part of the junior suite. Very good price compared to other hotels in the region. Breakfast buffet was versatile and good. Not excellent, but nothing to complain about. Friendly waiters for breakfast. Nordic ski trails just outside the hotel.

Staff not familiar with the closest surroundings, not good at languages (most staff members speak Italian only or very limited English or German) and not very helpful with the smallest requests. The spa area is not really a spa. There's a hamam kind of sauna, a regular sauna and a regular/small jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was pretty cold, so no one used it when we were there. At breakfast, they play loud rock music from a radio. We love that kind of music, but it didn't fit to the location and it was disturbing during breakfast. WiFi didn't work in the room all the time during our stay, but the fixed ethernet did. However, no ethernet cable available. We brought our own wifi router + cable... Don't expect to find a minibar, a collection of bath products or similar in the room and don't expect any accessories like toot brush or similar for sale in the reception. This is a hostel type of place in a fancy building and the management seems to lack a sense for style and service. Btw; the next real alpine ski area is in Sils, about 10 kms away, so bring a car and calculate parking fees at the lift station or pay for the bus and plan well with the time table...

We booked 3 rooms at the Maloja Palace online and didn't really know anything about it. We drove up to this amazing huge hotel and couldn't believe our luck. We must have got a special deal as it was very reasonably priced. I immediately booked a second night. The rooms were large and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was impressive with the choice and quality.

Central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the very comfy bed. Large bathroom and a tub with good sewerage. Location near to a very nice, cosy, friendly restaurant, the " Palace " and the clubhouse where current guests stay. Good service, parking onsite. Everything perfect.

Special and comfy place, excellent staff especially around service. Newly remodelled rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Magnificent views to the lake and mountains and a nice design. Free parking on-site provided. Everything good.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bedroom, a beautiful bathroom, and a practical kitchen area. The hotel itself has a historic atmosphere that is tastefully preserved, adding to its charm. The location of this place is truly remarkable. It is situated in a calm area with stunning views of the Silsersee and the Engadin valley. We particularly enjoyed the fact that in winter, the cross country skiing track passes right by the hotel, allowing for a convenient and scenic skiing experience. Additionally, there are plenty of hiking options nearby, including a hike to a breathtaking glacial lake. The manager of this hotel was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even arranging for us to check in late at night due to a delayed flight. our stay at this venue was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. As a vegan, I was thrilled with the Amadeo bio vegetarian restaurant and their delicious organic produce. The buffet breakfast was excellent with attentive staff. The hotel's location was beautiful and the atmosphere was quiet and restful. The budget apartment was more than enough for our needs, with two rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and clean amenities. Free parking and the hotel's unique history added to our enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the winter.

We were pleasantly surprised by the unique charm and character of Palace Residence Engadin-St Moritz Co2-Neutral. The beautiful architecture and interior design create a truly enchanting atmosphere. The location in Maloja is peaceful and serene, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a cozy retreat. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the lake, offering a peaceful escape just steps away from the hotel. we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Everything goes wrong with this hotel! They are totally desorganized. They rent you a junior suite with a kitchenette. There is no kitchenette at all. They tell you that you should be wrong they never have rooms with kitchen, but there is a big flag outside that promote the hotel:"suites with kitchenette". They have renovated some rooms, but it is not well finished so we have stayed locked in the bath room, until someone come to safe us! It could be a very nice place, with a beautiful location, but it is not very chic. They don't have enough staff, the only few look at you as if you were disturbing them. The ambiance is more like a "summer camp" that a palace. If you want an advice: don't go!
