  Nice decor and comfortable, beautiful building. Great location and tyne bridge excellent. Convenient parking over the road, well worth the money and the lobby is lovely on an evening. Service is really good and i really liked the comfort of the rooms.

  Would have preferred fresh milk in mini bar rather than 4 mini plastic containers of uHT milk - the tea and the check-in staff always seem a little disinterested. The gym is tiny.

  Hotel bar was good and i was lucky to have a view of the river. Helpful withn excellent public transport everything was within walking distance, spa staff were lovely and we had a wonderfully spacious room. Soaps etc were very nice and breakfast was great. The wine waiter on the other hand was very friendly and outgoing.

  Paid £185 for 1 nite then car park and the price for one night was way to expensive. French announcements in lift seemed pretentious - we were staying in newcastle not Nantes and night Manager gave out some inaccurate information.

  The relaxed atmosphere, the architecture ie early concrete building and great location at the foot of the impressive millenium bridge. Car park across road at reasonable price is also a bonus, close proximity of secure parking and the reception staff could not have been more helpful. Good size room, the Bar on the Mezzanine level is amazing - all in all a fantastic experience and the breakfast is exquisite. The menu read well so we gave a try.

  The location was excellent and the decoration of the whole hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly and your manager Susie was extremely helpful. The room was very nice, breakfast was good and dinner was lovely.

  Ideal location and a very nice museum. Newcastle was great and most of all the staff were so friendly. The room was comfortable and food in the restaurant was really good.

  Brilliant riverside location and we liked looking out over the River Tyne to Baltic. The hotel is modern, the reception staff could be a little more welcoming and nice to be able to open a window for fresh air. Breakfasts are excellent, more choice would be good.

  Getting from the car-park is not easy, i would have been disappointed I had paid the full price.

  Convenient for city centre and handy for walking into town etc. The high quality bedding, immediate proximity to venue of evening event and i expected more for the price we paid. Interesting style of hoitel and pleasant staff. Really comfortable bed and near bars.

  Great position by the tyne and excellent hotel. All at a very reasonable price and very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the meal in the restaurant was lovely. Our waiter came across as very nice, the spa treatments were quite good.

  Perfect location by Quayside, good stay overall and friendly staff in a beautiful environment. Additionally room comfort was excellent and the breakfast looked as was going to be wonderful. Receptionist was helpful.

  The location was excellent and there was a great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.
