  The location is superb and the cocktail bar was lovely, as usual I stay at the malmaison at Manchester the service the staff offer is excellent and the rooms in the new portion are basically very disappointing. The food in the resturant is great.

  Its location is great very handy for the train station, shops and bars, room service really quick and hassle free.

  The decor is a little dark making difficult to gauge exactly much make up you have put on, all the staff seemed to be moody.

  Hotel nice and central, friendly staff, the room excellent and the food good. Huge mirrors, pleasant breakfast and great cocktails too. Best Japanese ever tasted.

  Overall, great place and no hesitation recommending the mm and good reception. Only continental breakfast in bed and lovely bar. Restaurant staff were very attentive.

  Location was superb for us as we arrived by train and the hotel was next to the station, staff were fantastic, comfy bed tho duvet cover was ripped down a side seam.

  I loved the decor and particularly liked the quiet atmosphere in the bar, very helpful staff, larger than before, nice sized bathroom as well. Good food in Manchester, excellent cocktails before and from a typically ancient British plumbing system.

  Excellent, friendly staff and nice room. Excellent service, great wine menu, lovely food.
