Malmaison Leeds - 利兹

Just a couple of minor points to note: the sofa is situated in a strange place in comparison to the location of the TV i.

As for the location, it is ideally situated if you travel to Leeds by train, just 5 minutes walk.

Good location and kindly booked a reservation at nearby gourmet restaurant.

I needed a hotel for a late arrival and early departure, and the Malmaison is an easy walk from Leeds station.

The hotel was close to the main shopping areas and very close to the station.

Huge bed, room was very clean and the bath was a nice size too ;-).

DVD player (the hotel even offer to loan DVDs on arrival for your stay - although the choice isn't huge), a kingsize bed, views over the river and a stunning bathroom with large bath and seperate walk-in shower.

The bed was also very large and extremely comfortable, there was an extensive pillow menu, in-room internet access, a nice sized bathroom with great complimentary toiletries, room service was fast, tasty and decent value (for a hotel!

It was very light in there, with big windows, a plasma screen TV, good bathroom and incredibly comfy bed!

We stayed in a superior king room, slightly larger than the standard rooms; chaise, additional chairs, spacious bathroom and plasma screen TV.

The restaurant is perhaps a bit gloomy, being under street level but the food is of good quality (though is expensive and there are better restaurants in leeds).

Food in both the bar and the restaurant was excellent.

In the evening we decided to have a light snack before heading out and was served by a waitress who was extremeley attentive and allowed us to eat in the less informal part of the bar/restaurant area.

Just as well the restaurant gave delicious food and the bar was welcoming.

Absolutely amazing stay from arrival to departure - rooms are fab and quirky, breakfast and bar terrific.

Room was excellent & ideally located for city shopping & bars, the hotel reception was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

It's a confusing layout and trying to get from my room to the stairs involved a couple of wrong turns and being turned back at a "staff only" sign on what appeared to be the logical way to get to reception.

Fantastic staff, fantastic room, great service, good food and bar.

The service at breakfast was very good and the staff very accomodating.

There is a small gym containing 2 treadmills, stepper, bike and handweights adequate for a 'exercise fix'.

There is no parking at the hotel so you have to park at the Qpark over the road, but it is only £10 a day (approx).

The entrance lobby is stunning - deep purple and cream bouncy carpet.

I love making a mess in hotel rooms as I don't have to clean or tidy!

The bathroom was very clean, powerful shower and no complaints.

The rooms are very modern and clean and the decor of the hotel in general is superb.

On arrival we had been allocated a fantastic room, large, clean, modern, quiet all you could ask for really.

The rooms are clean and have warm colours to compliment the mood.
