The location was very good and hotel was overpriced for the hotel had to offer.
In a good location, nice hotel and overall definetly not worth the price paid.
We liked the location and a good base to explore the nearby attractions of Jasper NP.
Central location and the decor has been redone to modern standards.
The location was excellent, being able to park right outside the door was great and we were satisfied so we decided to stay one more night there.
I stayed for 2 nights and found the room to be comfortable, quiet and in a good location.
The location is great - first hotel at the entrance to town.
The bed was reasonable for comfort, the bathroom was clean, but not brand new looking either.
The staff are very friendly, very comfortable bed in master bedroom and the dry sauna is a waste of time.
Found out we were very lucky as most rooms don't have A/C like our 1 bedroom suite had.
Someone entered our room around 8am in the morning while we were still in bed.
Dark and dingy rooms- the kid's bedroom had no outside window at all.
The breakfast is the best bit, the cafe adjacent to the hotel (and part of the hotel) does excellent breakfasts (choice of cooked or help yourself buffet) and the staff were really helpful.
The continental breakfast was fantastic and the came with great service in the restaurant.

Our room had 2 big windows overlooked the pool area, this place was renovated in 2003 and the front desk service was good.
The staff were always helpful I had questions about travel in the area, our stay at the Maligne hotel made our weekend fabulous and the girl at the front desk was nice.
Parking won't be a problem as there is loads of space.
We hung out by the pool the whole time besides skiing.
