  Leisure centre was excellent and free underground parking was a plus for car security. Hotel was comfortable, the price was very reasonable and car park lift straight to room was really good. Staff was really nice and the receptionist was extremely friendly. The bedrooms were spacious, the carvery in the bar was ok nothing fancy and the food was lovely.

  Great leisure centre and underground car park was very handy. Furthermore we had an excellent stay and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, the residents bar was good fun too and modern and the breakfast was amazing. Elaine the receptionist was so pleasant, check-in was quick and easy, the pool was lovely.

  Ideal location for Thomond Park and i found hard enough to get to as new road layout got very confusing. The hotel is good value, liked use of shuttle bus to/from concert venue and the prices are reasonable. Staff are fantastic and lovely relaxed space allows you to relax rather than just have the use of a bedroom.

  Well except for the soap, the restaurant wasnt open only bar food available and wine is expensive.

  Convenient Location and really excellent hotel. A great price, staff very friendly and the morning manager was highly attentive to our needs. Beds were comfortable, the service in the bar was superb and the food was very good in the restaurant.

  1 0The leisure center was perfect the pool was hot and # clean and hotel staff were lovely. Service was very good, the receptionist that checked me in was very friendly and check-in was very quick. Room was great and bar were fantastic.

  Good location for shopping and reasonable value. Helpful professional staff and the receptionist was absolutely lovely. Room was spotless, they even served nice food in the bar up to closing time was very well received and check-out was very quick too. Swimming pool was great.

  The Leisure centre was good except for all the empty soap dispensers in the showers, hotel was very nice and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, bar food was fine and the pool was superb too.

  Well located for our purposes, the good value and the prices most reasonable. Furthermore very friendly staff, lovely room and wifi available free in bar. Clean towels every day and food great. Swimming pool is excellent.

  Ideal location for the purpose of my trip, excellent value for a family break and very helpful staff on check in. The rooms are huge and there is a very good selection of fresh food for breakfast. The facilities are brilliant.

  Near the city and good Value. Friendly welcoming staff, shower excellent and huge jacuzzi. The food was fantastic and facilities were great.
