Everything about this old-fashioned hotel was modern. Booked a room with great views, and the staff were really helpful and professional people at the reception desk. The location was magnificent and perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from a bustling avenue. What's more, it was just off the centre of Sao Paulo and the business district and nearby parks.

The bathroom in our extremely spacious room was good. The location of the hotel was marvellous - just a short walk away from a bustling avenue. And we were just off São Paulo, very close to Trianon-MASP subway and the restaurant.

The room is extremely spacious and with climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. It has EXCELLENT CO-OPERATING staff at the reception desk and marvellous location, that could not be beaten.

Just the convenience location and service of personnel

This hotel have to renew their rooms, it was like time travel to the 80'S.

Absolutely horrible rooms, smelly carpets, cheap bed linen, dark and smelly hotel on the whole.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, easily accessible to all the main attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and spa area, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

I had a small issue with my reservation at the reception desk, but the staff quickly solved the problem and provided me with a room. Apart from that, I had no complaints during my stay.

Great choice for trip. Fairly clean hotel, incredibly helpful and well-trained team members at the reception desk. Reasonably large and extremely pleasant rooms with great bed and spa bath and the bathroom. Magnificent location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an art museum. Very very nice area close enough to the Maksoud Plaza as well as Paulista-the former financial area.

Satisfactory breakfast with a wide array of options to choose from. Quiet, impressive room provided with clean bathroom, great bed and the Presidential floors. Location near subway Trianon MASP, museum MASP, Paulista Avenue, shopping Centers, restaurants, shopping, Paulista Ave and Cidade shopping mall.

We loved the indoor pool and convenient room service until 10:00 pm. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and dining options.
