Wireless internet was free in the wonderful lobby, the staff were excellent and our room was clean.
Great quality for price value, magnificent lobby and the staff was very courteous.
Maybe this hotel was very famous for the theater, service was excellent and big - the only room I had in Brazil that had a bathtub.

The location is the best, near to several shopping areas, great value for a 4 star hotel and staff is really friendly. Room service is available 24hrs and the bread and pancakes are very dry.

This location is the best, convenient to the business center of Sao Paulo, the views over the city are stunning and the interior of the hotel is amazing, etc. Staff is just great. The bathrooms are nice and spacious and the shower experience, pleasant.

Old style rooms that are dark and dingey, food also is very expensive and the dishes are quite average, nothing special.

Just the convenience location, great Hotel and excellent rates online. Extremely impressive lobby too, best service and our room was clean and had a very large bathroom. The elevators were quick and readily available, breakfast was good.
