  The location is the best and the hotel is very near to the holy Masjed in Makkah. The staff made us feel at home, reasonable prices - all factors apply and other services are very good. The rooms are wide and restaurent foods are of great veriety.

  Need to clean infront of the main entrences for each tower, the elevators are soooooooo busy during prayer time.

  Convenient location and ideal distance to the haram. Overall nice stay and house keeping quality is good. The service is perfect, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is fantastic. Facilities are excellent for Umra & Hajj.

  Told them that I am willing to upgrade for a fee, elevators numbers to be increased and check-out is on the higher side as compare to other 4star.

  Shop just downstair, great hotel and reasonable price. Staff is very nice and also the room is clean. Full of wide range of food.

  The location plus the shopping center was convenient and this was a holy visit so used the hotel for relaxing. Also the services rendered was excellent, the receptionist was extremely helpful in allowing us to check in early and check-out was good. Rooms were BIG.

  The towers were very dirty and the Lobby was crowded.

  Very good location close to alarm very nice restorants, as no room available in Makkah Hilton Towers they have upgrade me to Makkah Hilton Hotel and staff is very helpful & kind. The studios are very spacious.

  Central location that is second to none and the hotel is just in front of the Haram. Also staffs are very helpfull & courteous, big space rooms.

  The location was good as was close to the holy mosque within walking distance and hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, the breakfast was excellent.

  I found my reservation at the Makkah Hilton Towers instead was not up to my expectations and service was very poor.

  Best location close to Kaaba in Makkah, i have stayed to this hotel many times and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable.

  Excellent location, nice Stuff & 2 toilet in my room and good staff. Beds were comfortable and additional tea/ coffee maker made convenient as well.
