Absolutely loved the facilities! The swimming pool was amazing and the aquapark was great fun for both me and the kids. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming which really added to the experience. Plus, the hotel was located near key attractions which made it very convenient.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue as most of the staff didn't speak English very well. the rooftop restaurant was not open during our stay which was a bit disappointing.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed a few positive aspects. the spa facilities were excellent, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. It was a great way to relax and unwind during our stay. the restaurant food was excellent, offering a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed indulging in the delicious meals during the festive season.
There were a few negative aspects that we didn't quite like about our stay. the language barrier was a problem as there were not many English speakers among the staff.

The hotel location is excellent, with breathtaking views of the town. The rooms are stylishly furnished, with comfortable king-sized beds and air conditioning. The spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, are top-notch. There seems to be a lack of English-speaking staff, which can be a problem for non-Turkish speaking guests.

The continental breakfast at the restaurant was exquisite, and the bar/lounge area had outstanding service. The venue's location offers breathtaking views of the town, and there is a range of activities including massages, thermal water, and sauna.
Although the hotel was a dreamy experience, the only minor issue was the language barrier with some staff members, which can be bothersome. However, the outstanding service provided by the staff made up for it.
