This hotel is loved by shoppers for its great location near a mall and other shops in Manila's richest district. The atrium is outstanding and the dining is good. There are also facilities available for those on business. Some feel that the rooms are drab and that the service can be bad at times.

Circles Event Café restaurant is opened from 6am to midnight on Sunday – Thursday and from 6am to 2am on Friday-Saturday.

Inagiku restaurant serves lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

Red restaurant offers breakfast from 7.00am to 10.30am on Monday-Friday, lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm on Monday-Friday and dinner from 6pm to 10.30pm on Monday-Sunday.

Shang Place restaurant serves lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm on Monday - Saturday and from 10.30am to 2.30pm on Sunday, dinner from 6.30pm to 10.30pm on Monday – Sunday.

There are four bars at the hotel.

A sumptuous buffet breakfast is daily served in the Club Lounge from 6.30am to 10am.

Conway’s Bar is opened from 5pm to 2am on Monday-Thursday, from 5pm to 3am on Friday-Saturday, from 5pm to midnight on Sunday.

The location is great, one of the best hotels worldwide to pamper yourself and your coffee house has a good spread of food. That price is only available to filippinos and the lobby bar is really nice for a light meal. The staff is excellent, the employees are amazing and modern Deluxe Suite is impeccably well appointed.

Perfect location, very nice hotel and worth the price. The lobby was beautiful and the customer service was great, staff were excellent. The shower stall was clean and the breakfast was awesome.

Secure and the excellent business center, luxurious Hotel, well worth the money. The music in the lobby was the perfect background to a relaxing stay and service was great. Our room was available, concierge Desk were always friendly and the swimming pool was quite nice.

The best location in Makati for shoppings, good hotel and great price. The artwork in the lobby area is amazing and service is efficient. The rooms are very nice and the food at the restaurant is delicious and offered variety. The spa at greenbelt is much better.
