The location was perfect - right in a very attractive area of the city with great restaurants and public transportation nearby. The amenities were fantastic, especially the laundry facilities and fully-equipped kitchenette. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and secure parking. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is a great choice for families, with amenities like cots and high chairs available upon request.

I would just like to recommend better pillows for a more restfull nights sleep as it makes a difference to the quality of sleep one gets after travelling all day.

It was in a quaint and quiet neighbourhood. Near the shops, cafes and restaurants. Very convenient 5 min cab ride into the CBD. Nice big screen TV, good kitchenette and washing facilities.

The fact that they charged $27 a day for internet. Those prices are akin to staying at a Hilton! We were not at all happy about that.

Located within walking distance of multiple eateries and shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, offering good security. The apartment had electric blankets and blockout curtains which were fantastic.

The wifi was out of action during the stay.

Appartments bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have slept on...... very hard..... which was unfortunate as it made our stay unpleasant. Otherwise the appartment was great!

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, with plenty of great restaurants and eateries within walking distance. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. Additionally, the parking was convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I arrived at the apartment only to find I had to walk another one and a half km and back for the key! No indication of this was given when I booked and reception could give no explanation!

The convenient location and privacy

I stay here regularly - at least twice a year, and I find the bed quilts too heavy and too hot in summer - for me a lighter grade of quilt or simply blankets would be a great improvement. This time the washing machine and dryer were both faulty and I left a note to that effect in the room.

Everything wonderful, comfortable room, convenient location, great kitchenette, secure parking, little traffic noise.

We thought the facilities were "basic" rather than flash.

The location couldn't be better, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the complimentary wifi and the ease of the check-in process. Plus, the price was very reasonable for the area.

The inconvenience of having to log in to the wifi every time we turned our devices on. It became a bit annoying, but it wasn't a major issue in the grand scheme of things.

We liked the fact that it was so close to such good restaurants as well as being close to the CBD.

Excellent location, good value and comfortable rooms with quite good facilities. We liked the access to O'Connel St, cafes, shops etc. We had a rear room (north side) by choice so no street noise at all. Off street secure parking is very appreciated. Studio rooms fairly compact but fine for us. We mainly self cater so having good cooking etc facilities is important. Could do with a couple of cereal bowls otherwise this aspect was fine. We would definitely stay again.
