The location is excellent and the staff will make up in being very helpful and sincere.

Quiet location in the historic district, a great place to stay at a great value and staff was always helpful and accommodating.

Great location and the setting was gorgeous.

The location is fantastic, close (within walking distance) to several great restaurants and it is easy to find a taxi or take a bus.

We trully recommend this hotel which is full of character and located at the heart of the city with bus transport from the doorstep.

Rooms have guest controlled AC, BIG king beds, a mini bar, multilingual cable, free bottled water, and a shower you have to experience (amenities include soap, shampoo/ conditioner, and a blow dryer).

Both rooms were simply furnished but attractive, with excellent air conditioning and good beds.

We decided to stay at this hotel in March 2005, because it ticked all our requirements, such as: Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, Swiming Pool and Room Service.

Only downside is that our room (and apparently all the rooms, as I was told by the front desk) have fluorescent lights.

The price was fairly reasonable, our room was clean and attractive (although it seemed a bit small in comparison to our rooms at Luz), and the staff was courteous and attentive.

The breakfast buffet is included in the price and offers you quite a lot, you can then skip lunch if you want.

City: Beautiful colonial city, only a few minutes' walk to the central square and the staff do everything to make your stay wonderful.

Parking next to hotel which a concierge came outside to direct us into.

Amenities include an alcove in the lobby with a computer for free internet use, free parking next door in a safe lot.

Our room (#103) opened onto the lovely quiet garden (with swimming pool); my daughter and son-in-law's room (#311) had a small private terrace.

The hotel is very lovely, with clean rooms, well-tended grounds (including courtyards), a very nice continental breakfast with very fresh fruit and some hot selections and attentive staff.

The hotel had paid for our front row seats, the staff was unfailingly courteous and helpful, our room was clean and attractive.
