  Nice location, sort of in the middle of everything and the place is better than I expected. Newspapers delivered daily just like home and note, FREE Internet access is only available in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the suites at Mainsail are huge and well appointed.

  The area was clean, quiet and restful, best money Ive EVER spent on a hotel, the staff were courteous and professional. The suite was large, the drinks at the bar were very very good and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. All the employees were friendly and helpful, pool was great.

  Great for extended stay, charlie's Steak house was the best and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and kitchen had a large refrigerator and stove. Food at breakfast was good, we then used the pool was heated and again, huge.

  Fabulous stay at mainsail suites, very helpful in directing us to I 95 for our 17 hour drive home and the beds could have been more comfortable. All of facilities are clean and well equipped.

  Best place to stay, great rate and oh, the front desk was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, the restaurant food was good. The pool was a decent size and was heated.

  For the cost of the stay this was the best value we've had in florida, service was wonderful and the employees once again were great and accommodating. The room was well prepared.

  Great value, very helpful staff and a former private accomodation for ibm employees. Fully furnished apartment living.

  Bar service very slow, the toilet didn't flush well.
