  Location friendly staff, excellent value and i liked the price per night. Good internet in lobby and the nice customer service. The light at the bed.

  We often ended up sleeping on the mattress on the morning and pool towel to small. Facility operating hours.

  The location is great, the Staff is wonderful in this hotel and front desk service is very good. The third room looked and smell clean.

  Good location for shopping and easy acres to bus stop and stores. Great service from hotel staff and reasonable price. Near waikiki beach, the free WiFi at the reception and the concierge were extremely knowledgeable and helped me to get I need to go.

  The room dirty can take pictures cause the windows was nasty and have a wet smell like meldow, complimentary coffee was the worst coffee I ve ever drank.

  Rooms have great views and hotel easy to find as Kuhio is a major street in Waikiki.

  The service personal is really bad and the water pressure in the showers and the dirty windows.

  Very nice ocean view, fantastic shopping just a few blocks away and other then two problems the stay was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bar had really good happy hour deals and the spa was quite large.

  The location was good and the staff very friendly and helpful, first room had a strong urine odor. The jacuzzi was amazing.
