Downtown Cancun is atleast 60 to 70km from this hotel which will cost you atleast $50 US dollar to get there.
The location is perfect, not luxury & not close to the beach in Playa and the hotel is very decent and clean.
The hotel was in a good location, the staff was very nice and the bathroom was really clean.
When we arrived we took the bus from the airport in Cancun to the bus station on Avenida Quinta.
00 cab ride away from the action and hotel provides a free taxi ride to the beach.
Our room had a very high ceiling and two double beds (we couldnt get a room with a single bed).
We found hair in bed, table and at the bathroom, something disgusting.
Furthermore the staff: The staff was really helpful, the bed was excellent as well.
Bed was half way comfortable, but the elevator dinging can be heard throughout the whole floor.
The tv was an LCD screen, (a bit small but it did the trick), The bathroom was really clean (the shower is stand up).
No food available for any meal aside from breakfast, and only pizza to be delivered.
Thin walls, but nice staff and the "breakfast" is kind of a joke, some stale pastries, juice, toast and frosted flakes, but clean dining room.
The continental breakfast is very basic and light.
We received a free continental breakfast.
I was getting tired of eating croissants, and muffins all the time.
Good value for money, for the price I would say we were really happy and the staff was friendly & helpful.
First impression of this hotel was good and the staff there was very nice.
The staff were friendly and bi lingual, very approachable and helpful.
Shuttle only ran from 7am to 7pm, and only did drop offs, not pick ups.
The shuttle did drop us off at various places aside from the strip.
Free Shuttle:I didnt know this until I got there but the hotel offers a free shuttle van anywhere in the downtown Playa del Carmen/Playacar area between 7am-7pm.
2) Hotel: Very nice looking and new, great balcony, pretty good wireless connection.
The staff were friendly, the room was very clean.
Good quality / price relationship, the staff were great as well and our room were very clean.
The pictures of the rooms, pools etc is accurate, the rooms could be a bit larger but was adequate and extremely clean, & were kept clean throughout our stay.
The room had to be changed first night since the room wasn't clean.
