Lovely spa, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, clean sea and cozy bays, variety of activities, polite and helpful staff.

If you are looking for a vacation with relaxing atmosphere this is not the place to be!! For thoose who have been traveling around knows that 4 stars hotel should be much better!! 316 rooms means overcrowded and noisy breakfast, lunch and dinner! Going back to school lunch, that's a fair review! Quality of all food, poor, to average!! Not top class at all. You could collect oranges at breakfast for free, but if you want fresh juice you have to pay 2 € for 1 glass!! After breakfast it would be nice to use the pool facilities!! But NOOOO way!! It's impossible!!! Overcrowded and no sunbeds available, they are of course occupied! There are around 50-60 available....and around 800-1000 guests!!! The rooms are definitely not 4 star class! Awfully small and low class standard!! And for god sake! Do not try booking a economy twin room. There is only one bed in it, and the room is so small that you cannot fit in another one!!! I've been around Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia a lot! And never seen a 4 star hotel at this low class. Although there is a good spa area! This does not make it worth visiting. And my final question is?!? Does the hotel staff wright the super reviews itself?? Conclusion...poor to average hotel! Overcrowded at pool facility! Fair, definitely not more if you are talking about the food. This is a hotel we will never visit again!!

The room faced the pool. We liked the fact that we chose aminess maestral. Even the Pula airport was not so far.

Amazing entertainment for kids and stunning beach and pool area. Food was delicious and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Location, cleanliness of the room.

It was crowdy during Easter time. Was not possible to sleep during the night due to loud partying youngsters and their teachers. We called front desk twice: at 1am and 5am but staff was unable to fix the problem. We had to cancell our stay in the morning because there was no free room to change and we didn't want to risk another sleepless night.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this lovely hotel in Novigrad. The room was spotless, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially our TUI rep Lisa, who provided us with great knowledge and assistance throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was good, with plenty of choices available. We also enjoyed the hotel's amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, the playground near the beach, and the entertainment zone with a bar and stage. The hotel's location was perfect, with a short walk to the beautiful town of Novigrad. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

Staying at this hotel on the beach was like being in Italy on the other side of the sea. We enjoyed having private access to the beach, and the hotel's impeccable cleanliness was impressive. The room and bathroom were small, but the staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast was good. We appreciated the facilities such as the indoor pool and the included beer and wine during dinner, which was of reasonable quality.

The dining room was very crowded and noisy during dinner, but the friendly atmosphere made up for it.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our New Year's getaway. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of choices. The rooms were cleaned daily and had a small balcony. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa area, which had warm seawater and a variety of services offered.

The lunch options were limited, and we had to wait until dinner time for a proper meal. the dining room could get very crowded during meal times, which made the experience less enjoyable.

Everything was perfect: the wiew, the staff, food and cleaning. I recomand this hotel and for the price. We stayed 7 night and we have a nice surprise every time: fireworks, live show and very gentle hotel staff. Try it!!!

We had an amazing time at this hotel with clean rooms, great facilities including a beach and tennis courts, and excellent breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We loved the location very close to major attractions and on the beach.

A single room with extra bed was sold to us as a "twin-room".The extra bed was very uncomfortable, not suitable for an adult.When making the reservation be prepared that the full amount will be charged from your credit-card!
