The hotel was clean and offered good prices. The staff was POLITE & excellent. We had triple room with a private bathroom. Location: the property was close enough to the main avenue, Marimba Park and Zocallo and stores and the Parque de la Marimba. This place was ideal for what we needed, would recomand.

Really enjoyed Tuxtla Gutierrez, the hotel was great suuuper close to everything you would like to have for a night in Tuxtla. I had a king room and it was huge with bathroom and a nice window, as for instance. A shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets were very handy.

This hotel in Tuxtla Centro is perfect for a night in Tuxtla. the location is amazing - suuuper close to everything you would like to have on your doorstep. Secondly, the staff here are top-notch. They provide excellent service and are always ready to help with any inquiries or recommendations about close by activities. Lastly, the rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with the option of having a comfortable king-sized bed. Plus, breakfast is included, making it even more value for money.

The room was spotlessly clean, with a luxurious bathroom and plenty of plugs, towels, and toiletries. The buffet breakfast was varied, tasty, and catered to different dietary needs. The staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming, with prompt room service and valuable sightseeing recommendations. The overall ambiance was serene and inviting, with beautiful décor, soothing lighting, and comfortable beds.

The lack of attentive customer service was a minor issue.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and modern with a comfortable bed and a rainfall showerhead, which made the experience even more special. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the local nightlife. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated the delicious continental breakfast with cereal, coffee, juice, fruit.

Had a blast during Easter, the hotel had two daily complementary cocktails. The location couldn't have been better, just a few steps away from the best nightlife and good food. Room was spacious and the AC worked flawlessly, perfect for a hot day.

The curtain was too short and didn't cover the whole window, which was very annoying for light sleepers and our room was not equipped with enough towels. that no other complaints.
