The location was central, right by pubs and ktv and late night activities as well as nearby eateries. The staff were REALLY EXCELLENT and very amiable.

During my recent stay at The Great Madras, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room that was provided. It had enough space for my short stay and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the swimming pool was a great extra feature that I enjoyed.

The location was the best for walking around Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple. The rooms were newly renovated and unique with 4 beds and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely fabulous and fairly clean hotel, the staff is very very helpful and really helpful. The rooms with a pointless bath tub. Satisfactory breakfast with all the 24 hour Indian food, cornflakes and cooked fried eggs and good customer service.

The overall concept and interior design of the hotel is admirable, with a Wes Anderson feel. There are many photographable spots for Instagram. The location is great, with clean surroundings, food stalls, a nearby 7eleven, and the Rochor MRT just a stone's throw away. The hotel provides a pool to cool off in the heat, fast wifi, smart TVs with USB ports, and a vanity kit.

Everything is great, the room is surprisingly spacious and unique with the bathtub and shower, as example. The interior is nice and design is perfect. The hotel offers great location near the metro stop of Tekka.

Loved staying in this hotel over the weekend! The location was perfect, just a few steps from the metro station. We really enjoyed the nearby cheap and delicious restaurants. The room was compact but very comfortable, and the price we paid was an amazing deal. We even got a complimentary breakfast! The small pool was great for a refreshing dip, and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

There were a couple of minor issues we encountered during our stay. The sink and shower water took a bit longer than expected to heat up and we found some hairs in the bed, but not a major issue as they were quickly fixed.

Location is great - Situated in Little India and an easy walk from Bugis mrt station and Little India mrt station plus walking distance from the Mustafa centre. Plenty of eating places in the area.

Not sure that the photos/summary for the hotel were an accurate representation of the hotel. We had a room at the front of the building and it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning. The room had a balcony and the gaps under the 2 doors to the balcony were about an inch high! Didn't think much of the towels - I have floor rags thicker than the towels!

Excellent location, close to the subway, comfortable bed.

Bring earplugs, as there are nightclubs nearby and very loud music, which prevents you from sleeping! Breakfasts are very modest.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated near pubs, an Indian pub, a food court, and even three different bars, making it perfect for those who enjoy a vibrant nightlife.

All in all, this hotel offers a great stay with hardly any room for improvement.

The indian nationals that sourrounds the hotel are very noisy. We can't sleep tight.

Madras is 10mins to mrt station,15 mins walk to Mustafa mall and circle mall,easy to get a taxi and lots of souvenir stall around..

a good hotel ....but very noisy at night...maybe because there's a bar besides the hotel..I'm not complaining,besides,I enjoyed my stay..

Our room was unique and quiet, available with shower as well as a pointless bath tub. The hotel had a magnificent location feet from Sim Lim Square.

The hotel had a quirky and cozy design that added to its charm. It fit perfectly into the lively atmosphere of the city. The staff and manager were polite and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The pool area was clean and provided a great view of the surrounding rooftops. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get around the city. the place had potential and I would consider coming back if some improvements were made.

The noise levels in the area. There was a nearby disco that played loud music all night, making it difficult to sleep.
