Madison Hotel Memphis - 孟菲斯

Loved the location, we walked to Beale Street, and Rendezvous (for ribs).

The rooms are consistantly clean, the hotel's location is perfect for walking to downtown attractions, and the roof-top and gym are open 24/7.

It's in a good location for the main downtown tourist spots.

The hotel had arranged for a taxi to be there waiting to take us to the airport.

He asked if we wanted a car to the airport, and offered us the city car - I had read a previous review that it was more expensive, so I asked for a taxi, but I was never given that option initially.

The room was really nice, big confortable bed and the bathroom was lovely (no bath) just a huge shower that would fit about 4 people!

We found the room to be modern and clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

When we returned to our room, the heat was not on so we turned it up and went to bed.

The room, we had a deluxe king with a great bed, was spacious, comfortable, very clean and filled with all the amenities.

The GOOD stuff: the room itself is quite nice - comfortable bed, very nice toiletries, and stylish in a "W" way.

The bar and restaurant were nice (although over zealous air conditioning made it more than a little chilly) and the leisure facilities were great.

Eventually, after waiting more than half an hour, the server told people that we could go to the hotel restaurant to get our breakfast.

Also, the restaurant / bar seemed to have had two managers, but only one bartender while the bar was hopping.

Service in restaurant for breakfast also disappointing.

Grill 83 the hotel bar and grill has excellent cocktails and food.

We found the concierge on duty during our stay very helpful however the other staff (reception and bell service staff) were not particularly helpful or friendly.

Staff was very friendly, from the doorman, to the front desk, to the room service waiters.

From the reservation person who made our arrangements to the door staff, front desk staff, housekeepers and restaurant staff, we received warm greetings big smiles and at the end a fond farewell.

The manager needs to be sacked and the staff put on customer service courses!

The fitness center and swimming pool were very clean, well kept and not crowded - the little touches at this hotel are what make it special, like fresh fruit and bottled water for those using the gym.

The gym was really small and so was the pool but there is a gym across the road if you wish to use.

The hotel has a small gym and swimming pool however there is no change room in the leisure area.

Private overall atmosphere, friendly staff and the room was very clean and spacious.

This hotel keeps getting better and better, the staff were superb, the rooms were clean and nice.

For that price range, I expect spotless rooms, knowledgeable staff, a wider variety of amenities and, in general, a more remarkable experience.

The rooms are consistantly clean and a continental breakfast is included in the price.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, the food was very good.
