  Location is great, his Hotel is in General very good and bar in the lobby is a simple table in the corner. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms are spacious, curtains don't close very well. Pool is lovely and clean.

  The location is good and the hotel staff cheat people they charged me 100 euro for 10 minutes call. Unfortunately their Lobby Limited free wifi has too weak of a Signal to Be Use i tried multiple times over the Visite, service is great and the rooms are very clean.

  The location was great for us as we were only there one night and my 2009 trio to Düsseldorf ended in my bag being snatched from a Holiday Inn I was at the buffet so I was very wary of I would stay. The lobby areas were clean, staff were friendly and the room was rather large. The pillows were too big and the breakfast was Fine. The swimming pool was nice.

  Excellent location for the central train station and a good tram system. The hotel is fine and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are dirty.

  Near railway station and browsing round old town. Excellent location, hotel staff are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are comfortable.

  The breakfast area is bright and clean, the hotel is very near to the main station, the Italian next door is very good to.

  Quiet and very convenient location, the good things about the hotel were. Staff were very friendly, the room was huge and for breakfast the next morning the bread was poor as well as the selection.

  Arrived at midnight due to airport being nowhere near Dusseldorf and breakfast at the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and size of the room was great.

  The pillows were extremely poor, a Turkish Cafe a few doors away had lots more interesting fare and gym was quite small.
