  Only just the location and underground and private. In addition hotel is very nice, near to Haram [1 minute walk and very bad staff checkin & check out requires 1 hour. Rooms are comfortable, excellent storage space for luggage and the breakfast is good.

  Location is Excellent, the hotel is having a small mall and gentle staff I have to admit. Moreover good room space and food portions are huge. Were all up to international standards as the name reflects is "Movenpick.

  Good location for business and hotel comfortable. Moreover the pas was enabled to hear the direct Azan inside the lobby as well as the corridors and staff was friendly. Room was nice, clean & breakfast had alot of varities to serve most of the tastes and check-in process was quick.

  Reason Toilet was dirty and dinner Bofet was overpriced. One of there front office employees was not helpful.

  Location is very good, the Hotel is just next to Masjid-e-Nabvi and the services is so fast. I liked their breakfast is included in the room rate, excellent storage space for luggage.

  Didn't allow me to drive my car into parking, the open buffet is not is expected.

  The location was excellent and the staff was well mannered. Our bathroom was smelly, open buffet was really good and the check-in process was quick.

  Location is excellent, the most important thing staying at this hotel is the comfortability and the staff is really professional. The room is clean, the international buffet is very good.

  Location is excellent right next to the Haram and thank you for a great hospitality service during our stay at your hotel. Made me pay for a single room only and all speak good English Good break Fast menu.

  Long waits at reception due to lack of staff, annoying rules in order to eat breakfast.

  Location was excellent ie right opposite the Masjid al Nabi and staff were friendly. We stayed in an appartment that was perfect for a big family : had a master bedroom plus 2 other bedrooms plus a small room, breakfast was good.

  Great Location, comfortable stay facing el 7aram and polite & helpful staff. Good breakfast good rooms, clean sheets daily and very slow in check-in. The private pool.

  Building unfinished and finally we were able to order food.
