Macia Gran Via Hotel Granada - 格拉纳达

Great location with the bonus of a car park.

Great location for seeing Granada, near attraction places and the price was good.

The location was great for getting to the Alhambra and the room was fine - you would expect of a chain hotel.

Alhambra, quite a long walk from the train station.

Because it's right on Gran Via, it's convenient walking to the cathedral, the shopping area behind the cathedral, Plaza Nueva, and the bus stops to get to/from the Alhambra.

It was decorated in a freakish yellow and drab grey throughout (not one ouce of any of colors in the room or bathroom).

Our room was dark, and surreally decorated in yellow and grey, with plenty of MDF.

The TV didn't work, the bath was too small to lie down in and the staff were fairly uninterested.

Additionally the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable.

Furthermore the room was simple and the buffet breakfast in the morning had a good range of foods for a decent price.

The breakfast was the worst part - we went in to the dining room to have a look and were greeted with a vat of what might have been sausages, slowly festering in what looked like a mixture of melted butter and chicken stock.

The breakfast was the best that I have had in Spain.

Coffee at breakfast is horrid, from one of those awful automatic dispensers and tea just as bad but that is a small thing.

Helpful staff on reception and bathroom clean.

Central location, hotel staff were excellent and the guy at the reception was very kind and helpful.

The staff was courteous and professional, from housekeeping to the front desk.

On the whole everything was great although some of the reception staff need to interact more with guests and some have not learnt how to smile!

The staff were very courteous and efficient.

The main lobby is nice, with updated flooring and accessories.

However, once you step out of the elevator and onto your floor everything changes.

Our triple room was spacious and acceptably clean.
