First of all: its a great hotel at its price (50 euros the double room per night with Bancotel), but it is not a 4-star.
The location was excellent, because I found this hotel much better than expected and staff were very helpful.
Convenient location, nice design and of course I got for a very good price thanks to Booked.
Great location, warm welcome and the staff was very helpful.
1 minute walk, there is a bus stop for Alhambra.
Plaza Nueva, the mini-buses to the Alhambra and the Moorish quarter (the Albayzin) and the Cathedral.
We had a triple room that really was a small suite, 2 rooms with 4 twin beds.
Hotel room had a very strange layout and no view, but it was clean, beds were comfy, mini-bar stacked and it had a flat screen TV, which was a nice surprise.
The location was very good and the bathroom was larger than the usual bathrooms found at hotels.
Anyway, the beds and the bathroom are great.
Beds were comfy, towels were clean and breakfast was good.
Breakfast is pretty good - didn't have an evening meal there as there are a huge number of alternatives out & about.
On a separate point, it's only 5 minutes walk from the bullring, but we didn't use the restaurants there.
Walking by the restaurants there, you can hear the bulls in their boxes awating their fate.
There are plenty of other good places to eat in Granada.
Very well maintained hotel and i would like to say that the reception staff was very professional and helpful.

Reception staff was not helpful, they could not take an initiative when I asked about Alhambra tickets.
Garage is not cheap (10 euro 1 night) I didn' took it because there was enough place for parking in the street.
There is a parking in the hotel, but I wouldn't recomend on using it.
Across the street there is a municipal parking for much less, and it's guarded, so you don't need to worry about your car, while you get to know Granada.
Spacious rooms and clean and comfortable facilities.
