Machiavelli Palace Hotel Florence - 佛罗伦萨

The location is good - 2 blocks from the train station and close to the sites.

Very close to the historical city center and the hotel is in a very good location in fact is at a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo.

The location could not be beat as it was very close to the train station, shopping, and sites.

The hotel is so close to the train and bus station which was great as you didn't have to carry luggage far and no need for taxis etc.

Located only a couple of blocks from the train station and in the heart of Florence, it made exploring the city on foot very easy.

My main source od satisfaction remains the big, rich and confortable rooms, with one bed and a smaller one, big furniture, and kind and nice employees at the desk.

The bed was very, very hard, the furniture had seen better days and the bathroom was the smallest bathroom we've ever seen.

The air conditioning is close to the door, while our bed was on the other side of the room, so our room never really got cool.

Our room had a queen size comfortable bed.

I was five minutes from everything and there were lots of little restaurants nearby that were perfect for lunch/dinner.

The private terrace and the buffet breakfast filled me up.

I didn't particularily love the breakfasts but that seemed to be just me as lots of others were enjoying theirs.

The breakfast was not the best we had in Italy, but more than satisfactory, none the less.

Hotel was clean, everything worked and morning breakfast was very good.

The location is convenient, central market at the corner of hotel - only 20 steps from hotel door and front desk staff very pleasant.

The staff is friendly and helpful and they even arranged for us to have a car service while we went outlet shopping!

The one small elevator and the equally small lobby created problems for some when several people (with lots of lugage) were trying to check in or out all at once, but it was never a problem for us.

The lobby of the hotel is small but clean.

The elevator is also very small but was standard for many of the hotels we stayed at in Italy.

Room was comfortable and clean, friendly staff were helpful in reccomending restaurants etc.

The bathroom was small but adequate and clean, but the shower was the smallest I have ever seen.

The hotel and our room was very nice and clean and felt relatively new.

Rooms were comfortable and clean although the showers were very small.

The shower is strong and hot, the room is clean and you can spent here your vacation in peace.
