  The view of the river was wonderful 7 the staff were very helpful and the Hotel had a cosy. The service was also really good, the room was clean that was about and breakfast was well worth staying for.

  Quiet location and good value. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, at £13 a meal we expected better service than we got.

  Bar prices too expensive and non availability of certain menu items.

  All other areas were spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay, staff were in the main helpful and friendly. The bathroom was also very good, breakfast was fine next morning.

  Public areas were very attractive and comfortable, the room was spotlessly clean and decor was nice. The staff were really charming, bedroom was good dinner was of a good standard and michael served breakfast was especially helpful and welcoming.

  S location to motorway friendly staffi and good quality rooms. Flexible, attentive staff, comfortable beds and for ordering a small burger instead of a big one.

  Location fine as just off m6 and quiet that, the hotel is easy to find right on the m6 junction 31, the staff are all very friendly. Good conference rooms etc_bedrooms are adequate and clean, the restaurant is absolutely wonderful.
