Generally, the place was recently refurbished and had friendly efficient staff in a covid safe manner. Our double room was huge with bath, nice view of pine forests, for instance as advertised. Everything was second to none during our stay nonetheless disappointing aspect was very small bathroom. Really enjoyed the family restaurant.

The room we had included a writing table and an iron.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at family restaurant with a choice of 2 restaurants. The views of the hills from the room were incredible, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nothing too much trouble, we would definitely go back if in Aviemore. The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the nice building with very good and courteous staff. There is a great family restaurant, serving excellent dishes.

The room is lovely modern, well-appointed comes with complimentary tea, a bath and lovely views over the mountains.

Their breakfast is poor, can definitely be improved.

Luxurious and spotlessly clean place with extremely helpful staff who escalated it to management. Friendliness of the staff. Sensational, great breakfast at 9.50am. The most important - perfect and exceptionally nice location good in relation to nearby restaurants. And close enough to the Moray coast, bars, reception & resturaunts and the Cairngorms funicular.

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay which may have affected service. The location was beautiful and incredible, close to the bus station, the view was great, too. I ate in the family restaurant nearby.

Delightful deluxe hotel with gorgeous views of the hills. Exceptionally clean units and courteous staff in restaurant or breakfast service. Marvellous and lovely location for Aviemore, very close to Aspects restaurant that gave a great service, hiking trails and the resturant.

Fresh breakfasts at 9.50am. Brand-new room with extra large bed, a hair dryer, coffee, and a writing table. Perfect and nice location so close to the shops and family friendly area.

Hotel was well-appointed and pretty standard!

The hotel was in a central setting in the Aspects restaurant. Plus, it was right by mountains and ski resort with gondola and mountain walks and great scenery, gondola and mountain walks and the railway station.

Perfect incredibly comfortable location, to the Rothiemurchus activities. Also - short walk to the Italian restaurant at dinner, and the communal areas.

The hotel has good location adjacent to the Italian restaurant where breakfast was also serve red and the centre. All the staff was efficient and excellent, tackled my issues. There were Wi-Fi, a writing desk and an iron in my nice modern room.
