The location is beautiful, this hotel is simply superb and the staff are extremely friendly.
View over gardens leading to the lake - fantastic, a lovely hotel and leeming House certainly has the best location.
For a romantic location to enjoy together and oh yes its one of the best hotels i have stayed in.
In a wonderful location, a large newer block and all in all was a fantastic 3 day stay.
An excellent break in a beautiful location and the hotel staff proved to be charming.
The grounds of the hotel were lovely, the staff were very helpful and the bed was extremely comfortable and large.

Service was efficient, some reviews commented on the Manager - i met the same one he was extremely friendly and secondly the bathroom taps had hot.
The hotel deserves its 4* rating - the staff couldn't do enough for us - little touches made our stay even more enjoyable, for example, the waiter giving our daughter extra chocolates after dinner - simple I know but thoughtful.
All the staff are very friendly and polite.
Moreover the rooms are clean tidy, the food is good.
The bathroom was clean and breakfast was also excellent - a very comprehensive buffet.
