Peaceful location for our needs, right by well tended gardens and the train station for trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow with good ticket prices. Nice hot breakfast with Eggs Benedict to die for, alcoholic drinks.

The total stay was enjoyable for two nights. Had magnificent location close to the train station easy links to Edinburgh. And we were near to 0 2 bars out of a possible 4, front of house, and the restaurant for breakfast or evening dinner.
