The spa was good the resturant let this place down, the staff were friendly and overall the room was ideal for 2 of us. The evening meal was lovely, we all had fantastic food and the service was faultless.

Overall the hotel was fantastic and a much enjoyable stay, the staff were very welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped and clean. We headed into Chester itself and had a lovely meal there.

Warm welcome carried on throughout our stay, the staff were great and bed uncomfortable not helped by a metal zip in the duvet. The food was very good value.
