Very hard working staff, exceptionally clean and modern hotel. Lots of food at breakfast like cereal, cakes, and eggs. Efficient check-in, parking by the venue. A brilliant stay with a clean swimming pool. Unbeatable and fantastic setting, near restaurants and bars. Entertainment area with lots of restaurants and bars.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Alcudia and had a fantastic time. the value for money was great - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for a family stay. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always friendly and willing to help with any requests. Thirdly, the location was perfect - close to the beach and with plenty of activities for the kids, like the water park across the road. Finally, the rooms were small but always kept clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The bunk beds were a hit with my two kids, and we all enjoyed the delicious breakfast options each morning.

All in all, our stay was absolutely fine.

I recently stayed at Club Mac in Port de Alcudia for a week-long family vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and had stunning views. The atmosphere was lovely and the entire hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. The food was excellent, with different themes every night. The entertainment, both for adults and children, was top-notch. The hotel was especially geared towards young families, with great facilities for babies and toddlers. The gardens, pools, and eco lake added to the scenic beauty of the place.

Full of children,greedy people at meal times. It was like chickens in a battery cage.

Our stay at Club Mac was enjoyable. The water park was satisfactory, but we wish we were informed about the limited entrance. The meals were amazing, with different country themes every day. The staff members were incredibly helpful, especially the man who checked us in at 3-4am. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.
