The room at Princesa Ana was cozy and comfortable, with a nice modern touch. It had all the amenities I needed, like a minibar and a plasma TV. I felt right at home and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi!

The hair-dryer in the bathroom was a bit old-fashioned for my taste, but hey, that's just me.

Very good location, close to railway station and near bus stops and buses from here go to the city center. the autobus from the airport also stops next to the hotel. Decor is excellent and furniture is very nice. Rooms are decorated tastefully. There are a number of good eating places nearby but it is better to eat in the city center for the atmosphere and variety.

It was in a good location for walking into the city centre very near the train station shops and bars there are also two nice parks just down the road. The Cathedral is also within walking distance and the Alhambra palace is a short drive away. The hotel staff were very helpful it was clean and tidy the bedrooms were a good size. The bathrooms have hairdryers and a selection of soap shampoo and shower gel etc.

At the time of our visit there was a lot of road works. The breakfast options were a full buffet in the restaurant which was expensive or the option of tea and toast but there was no indication that the later was only served in the bar which may cause a lot of confusion as it did for others just as it did for us. The parking was expensive and there is free parking in many of the side streets.

The location of the hotel, right off the beautiful promenade of Avenida de la Constitucion, was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying its vibrant atmosphere. The staff, with their warm and friendly nature, made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, providing excellent service and assistance with any inquiries I had.

Small rooms. Decent size bathroom. Terrible shower. Perfect location for the museums. Reina sophia is across the street (and free in the evenings). Great thai restaurant around the corner.

Really need to upgrade and modernize the shower. Breakfast was really expensive and nothing special.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the plaza across the road. The bathroom was also well-equipped and had a spacious walk-in shower. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive, and the breakfast provided was simple but adequate. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the train, trams, and bus routes. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.

There was no buffet breakfast available and the website advertised one. Very very disappointed. We were given false information. The breakfast offered was poor.

The location was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was excellent

On arriving we were told that breakfast (for which we paid a nominal charge) was available from 7.00am to 10.3Oam. These times were also printed in the "in room" card. However on the day we were leaving (we had an early flight from Malaga) we arrived fro breakfast at 7.00 to be told the dining room did not open until 7.3O. The Manager on duty was apologetic and offered breakfast in the bar and also said he would check into the incorrect information being on the hotel information cards in the room

I spent a delightful weekend at this hotel with my friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location was fantastic - we were right in the heart of the city, surrounded by lots of cool cafes and bars. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious foods.

While we had an overall positive experience, there were a few minor issues that detracted from our stay. The Wi-Fi was a bit erratic, and it was only available in the lobby.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, right off the beautiful promenade and within walking distance to the fabulous city centre. The friendly staff go out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay, with a wide selection of breakfast items, including fresh fruit and good quality ham. The hotel also offers on-site parking and helpful bell staff.

Some guests have mentioned a lack of wardrobe/cupboard space in the room.

We had a fantastic stay in this city! The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including convenient parking and transportation right outside the door. Its location right off the beautiful promenade of Avenida de la Constitucion was perfect for us, and being only 6pm from the airport made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious and had a range of options to suit all tastes.

The Hotel location is really good. Pretty near from the train station and close to the city center. If you like taking a walk, you can visit the hole city without using a car or the public transport.

The decoration is really poor. If you care about been in a clean designed site, this is not your place.
