          Arriving at the Dublin International Airport you can easily reach the venue by train or private car flowing the next directions, namely follow the signs for the M50 motorway, take the N7 South, turn to the M7 road, then take the M9 road, exit at Junction seven for Paulstown and then take the third exit for Kilkenny which will lead you towards the venue.

            Our room had a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding countryside, the signs direct you to the car park and said drop off only the other way, the hotel was very quiet and there did not appear to be many residents. Staff were friendly and helpful, our bedroom was clean, comfortable, my meal in La Perla was excellent as was the snack that I had in Tupper's bar. Dinner in la perla was nice enough and the spa was extremely relaxing and the treatments very professional.

            Fantastic surroundings, an excellent stay and breakfast is buffet style and a great selection. The staff are friendly, the room is very comfortable and spacious, reflections restaurant has wonderful food.

            The bar service is not good, spa massage chairs are broken.

            A good location only 5 minutes from the town centre, fantastic Hotel and excellent Country House. Breakfast is buffet style and a great selection, all the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Huge tv and keypad to browse internet, the food is fine.

            Our stay was great from start to finish, plentiful and the staff were as well trained as anywhere in Ireland, receptionists were very helpful and polite. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely.

            The bedroom was just average no view just the side of the swimming pool and the lobby was impressive and the old building was a delight to walk around. The x bar was also closed as was a sunday.

            This hotel is in serious need of fine tuning, all the staff are friendly very helpful and the rooms are excellent. The pillows alone are fantastic, the conference facilities are spacious.

            Overall our stay was fabulous and we can't wait to return, service was quick without being obtrusive. Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and the evening meal we got at the dinner dance was tasty. The receptionist was very helpful.
