The hotel has a pool, and overpriced restaurant and snackbar.
We booked this hotel as a last minute deal and got a very good price.
Prices in the hotel were very expensive 2 coffees and two danish pastries were 11 euros 50 and the danishes were dry and tasteless.
This hotel could do with a good clean, more attention to detail but I suppose at the price I paid I shouldn't complain too much although we met people there who had paid?
The location of the hotel is right next to a motorway on one side and a house estate on the other.
The location is central (both for driving which we did during our first week-stay and then using the bus to go into Dublin or out to Tallaght.
It is an ideal choice for anyone wanting to stay near the City and yet in a relaxing and comfortable location.
On our return journey we took the tram into dublin and got a bus to the airport which was €6 each (they even have lockers to store your suitcase if you have a late flight cost €10).

The room we had was very big, it had 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed.
We booked a double room, and got a large room with a double and single bed.
Signed up for a Family Room which was described as having enough room for four people, would be kind of hard since it only had a Queen Size bed and a Twin bed plus hardly any room for a roll away bed.
We must've stayed in their newer rooms because the beds were huge and comfy, the bathroom had a granite counter and was nice and clean.
Booked a family room (1 double & 2 singles) but was given a room with 1 double, a single and a camp bed which had a mattress as thin as the carpet in the room!
The food was exceptional; as was the service in the restaurant both during breakfast and dinner.
Food (breakfast) was fine, and there was a nice coffee bar in the lobby (please add mochas to your menu, we only found one place in Ireland that served them).
For anyone staying in the hotel though for the breakfast get down early as the restaurant does fill up quick and this self-service all you can eat is very quick and conveinient.
There is a 'children's menu '(€10) in the main A La Carte restaurant, but strangely no 'childrens menu' on the bar food menu in the bar.
The bar area the night I stayed was deserted and the so called restaurant had three people in it , food nearly inedible , though it was taken off my bill.
Great staff, great service and a pleasant atmosphere.
I stayed here with my wife and young child for two nights at the start of November, The travel cot was set up and ready in the room on our arrival, Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very friendly.
Parking was convenient and although the front desk staff was not overly friendly, they at least were efficient.
Front desk assistance, bare minimum, not particularly helpful in answering questions--we had a simple one about placing a toll-free call from the room and staff was snippy.
It was advertised to us as a Spa hotel, but all of the spa facilities were shut, even including the jacuzzi (which is part of the pool).
On-going building work had reduced car parking area (temporarily I assume) but we still found a space, and we weren't disturbed by any building noise (but it was a weekend).
Overall, this hotel has some wonderful qualities, but the housekeeping staff needs to address some of the details and the management should make the pool much more user friendly.
Our room was nice and clean and fresh looking we had a room at the end of the hotel far enough from the road to have any noise.
Room and linen were very clean and in pristine condition.
The rooms are lovely and clean and even though it is right next a really busy road I didn't hear a thing.
Other than that the rooms are clean in the new part but in the old part are clean but shabby and a T.
We were at first a bit worried from reading previous reviews but thought the hotel was very nice, our room was large, clean and modern.
