The hotel itself was ideal and fairly clean and the staff were VERY HELPFUL, it had unbeatable location conveniently in the centre of Pereira. Location: the venue was so close to the center of Pereira, about a block or two from the main Plaza Bolivar as well as the airport on time.

Amazingly nice staff on reception and elsewhere. A double room with a choice of pillows, clean bathroom. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Good and magnificent location - within walking distance of Pereira Cathedral.

The location was perfect, just a block from the main plaza and situated on a pedestrian mall, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including fast Wi-Fi. The staff, though they spoke little English, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Decent and absolutely perfect location close to the taxi on the main road, main market, restaurants and mall nearby, and shopping offered around by the city, and magnificent views. For tea or coffee visit Tintto Tienda de Cafe nearby.

Stayed here for the weekend and overall had a good experience. The breakfast was delicious and included in the room price. The staff was friendly and willing to help, even with limited English. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shops and stores. the WiFi worked great and there were no extra charges.
The room we had was a bit small, and the bathroom was smaller than expected. the street outside the hotel could be a bit noisy at night.
