Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard Los Angeles - 洛杉矶

Great location, very nice place and friendly staff.

For the location, price, and quality, you'd be hard pressed to touch this elsewhere in L.

In the $200-$350 price range in Los Angeles, the location and overall experience simply cannot be beaten.

I almost missed my flight due to the fact that taxi I ordered the night before was not waiting for us and we had to wait to a new order.

The hotel is convinentlysituated at the foot of the Getty Center and offers shuttle runs to the Getty Center.

The room size was very nice - two good sized queen beds and a separate bathroom and toilet.

The rooms were large, a little sparsely furnished but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom large.

Also, we had a nice living area to sit in, along with an enormous bathroom, containing a jacuzzi tub, all glass shower, two sinks, and a phone next to the toilet (which was nice to use while trying to push the flight later).

Room was clean, bed comfortable; TV had TV plus movies, and free internet connection in room.

The fact that no kingsize bed was available ruined our satisfaction of the room.

Breakfast - need a car to the nearest Starbucks, so you'd probably eat at the hotel restaurant (about $20).

The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the excellent service and good food in the restaurant at breakfast and one evening when we dined in.

The restaurant serves a California cuisine, the service in Cafe Bel-Air was excellent.

I did not eat at the hotel restaurant, however, I did order room service for breakfast and snacks.

As we had a lot of business to do at the lower level - we were interviewing prospective staff in the hotel bar and restaurant areas - we found this very inconvenient.

Cons -Valet parking takes too long, no hotel shuttle service anywhere, thin walls, front desk staff needs to be trained on basic hotel knowledge.

The reservations person was extremely helpful and the front desk staff were great, they were happy to move me to a room by the pool after I had already been in my room for one night.

She said the staff are professional, and they offered all the services you would expect.

No elevator, no valet parking, and a stale-smelling hotel room that was utterly generic in furnishings and decor.

Our room $159 /night plus parking was in the top building over looking lush greenery ,trees and the pool.

Unable to rate the restaurants or pool / spa as I really only used the room as a crashpad.

Wireless internet - there is no wired internet - is spotty and cannot totally be relied upon.

Paper thin walls - you could hear conversations in the next room crystal clear.

The room was very large and very clean and the help was wonderful.

There was lipstick on the "clean" glasses in the room.

The rooms are kept extremely clean and housekeeping came through everyday.

The room was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean.
