Luxe Hotel Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills - 贝弗利山庄

Good restaurants nearby, excellent location and they make the hotel very welcoming.

The location is excellent and the staff is second to none that I have experienced in hotels so far.

Great location, a nice clean hotel in the avenue of stars and all the staff I met were polite.

Upgrade your car at the airport and live the dream!

We had never driven in America before but with the assistance of sat nav that we hired with the car at the airport it was a breeze.

We took two rooms at the Luxe - four nights - and found the location perfect for shopping, the service excellent (they changed our room to one with a balcony as soon as we made the request), the rooms small but with decent beds and bedding.

The rooms were adequate size with 2 double beds and a decent sized bathroom.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms are super clean and the bathroom excellent.

We paid a bit extra to get a deluxe room (king bed, over 220 sq f).

Bed was VERY comfy, hotel VERY quiet - albeit the elephants staying the room above and can hear them walking around.

There are lots of great restaurants close by and I highly recommend Nate & Al's Deli for a fabulous and cheap breakfast, its only 5 minutes walk from the Luxe.

Friends ate at onsite restaurant and enjoyed it.

We had out free breakfast on the 2nd day in the dining room which looked very lovely when we got there.

We were walking distance from all the great shops and restaurants that Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills had to offer!

Outdoor restaurant on Rodeo Drive is fabulous for people watching but I waited here on two occasions for over a half hour before I was acknowledged- as a result I cannot tell you about the food.

The valet parking service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous.

Staff very friendly and concierge seemed good and helpful.

I must say that the staff, especially the valets, provided excellent service.

The staff at the front desk never say hello and never smile.

The valet parking was quite expensive and, as there was nowhere else to park, you had no choice but we knew this in advance.

Santa Monica was about 35 mins away on the bus, but there was valet parking if you had a car.

While parking was $22/night, I found $5/night parking just down the alley.

The linens good quality, helpful staff and the room I was given was very clean.

The service couldnt have been better - hooking us up, clean the rooms are just simply too small.

Staff are so friendly, rooms are pretty spacious and clean, the continental breakfast is $12.

The hotel is very contemporary and the room I was given was very clean and had a very luxurious feel to it.

The room was clean but a little on the small side.
