The staff was very good and always on disposal. It had great location, short walk to Porto airport, restaurant, and the coast. It also was to guarda town center.

The staff was lovely and the place was fairly clean. Overall it was exceptionally comfortable for reading in the bedroom. The breakfast had lots of lovely food and drinks. The location was great and absolutely perfect near the old town and met the needs. Plus, it was right by Porto airport, and the centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and can't recommend highly enough the venue.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and were quite impressed with our experience. The location was perfect, being close to the motorway but still quiet. Although it was a bit out of the town centre, the hotel arranged a taxi for us, and it was less than €10 to get there. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely and very comfortable.

Very spacious rooms and public areas. Stylish decor and furnishings. Excellent value. Very good disabled facilities.
Location could be better but ok if you have a car.The Hotel has changed ownership and we did not think the food was as good as on our previous visit. However there was nothing to really complain about and the hotel is of a high standard particularly for the price charged.

We chose this hotel as a stopover on our way from Santander to the Algarve, and it was conveniently located near the motorway. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the town. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service at both check-in and check-out, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.
The dinner at the hotel was not enjoyable, but fortunately, the hotel was not far from the town center, so we were able to find other dining options easily.
