The room decor was a bit too cute for our taste, with pink and white walls and cherub decorations. The walls of the room were paper thin, resulting in noise from the hallway being easily heard.

Reception staff not friendly compared to other reception staff in other hotels. The guy who was at reception on our last day was very nice and that made a great difference.

The beds are very comfortable and you rest perfectly. There is no noise in the room. The brunette girl at the reception who attended us the first day, excellent treatment.

first day we arrived (May 1st) we asked for a bottle opener for a moment, to taste a typical wine of the area and waiter who attended us, who was the head of the evening shift of the dinners, dark-haired boy who had his hair up told us to bring the bottle down to the dining room so that he could open it. That was a very ugly thing to do. food leaves a lot to be desired. Same breakfast all three days and very little variety. French omelette and hard-boiled egg three days in a row. We don't even talk about coffee anymore, it's nescafe, machine with a peculiar taste. At dinner, if you have to eat from the menu, everything is fine, if it is a buffet, you will eat stewed pork and insipid salads. There was no fish in any of the dinners, except the menu. In a four-star hotel the food they offer is unthinkable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices at this hotel. It offered great value for money, especially considering the included breakfast. The rooms were clean and had attention to detail, like the cute decor and the ability to open the windows for fresh air. The location was convenient, with the hotel being within walking distance of the main sights and even the nearby caves.

All was well, no complaints.

Hardly a dislike, but we missed out on a fantastic value dinner buffet because it was not advertised anywhere in the hotel - by the time we'd found out about it we'd already eaten. Hope to catch up on this next time, if it's still available!
